Ramesh Narayanan is the Chief Technology Officer of MOSIP. He works with the development team on solution architecture, design and development of theplatform and focuses on privacy and security aspects. He works on creation of standards, specifications and tooling for interoperability and trust as part of the digital trust infrastructure that MOSIP builds for countries. An electronics engineering graduate from the University of Mumbai (1996), Ramesh has spent most of his career with startups building software products in telecom, banking, consumer internet, and supply chain domains. His banking solutions startup Saastha Infotech (2004-2008) built numerous solutions targeting suburban and rural banking setups in India. It was acquired by Nelito Systems, a Tata Group company. His second startup MockBank (2015-2017) was acquired by Embibe (Reliance Jio group) after its test-prep platform organically grew a large user base in a short timeframe.
