A high level IoT architecture and Open Source opportunities. How IoT or Internet of Everything is going to influence the future data centers in terms of design, architecture and scalability? Gartner predicts more than 20billion IP connected devices be used in IoT by 2020. Most of these are not just consumer devices as they are used in business and connected to backend IT infrastructure. This poses a challenge and opportunity for current Data Centers to design for scalability to handle huge amount of data and integrate with applications seamlessly.
