About Talk
Observal
Observal is a self-hosted registry for your coding agent extensions with a built-in insight engine. Set up Observal, define the scope, and share your Skills, MCPs, and Agents with your peers.
It is useful for organisations building and centralising internal coding agent tooling. Authors of skills, MCPs, hooks, prompts and other Coding agent resources/extensions find it difficult to govern and share components on GitHub. Because coding agents cannot discover needed resources at runtime on GitHub, it is also difficult to understand friction points and usage patterns of these extensions. Observal helps coding agents discover governed resources at runtime using the ARD spec and securely collects usage patterns of registered extensions to identify friction points and actionable next steps.
