About Speakers

Mitta Sai Nitish is a versatile software engineer at Dell Technologies, blending deep engineering expertise with a passion for AI-driven innovation. Proficient in Python, Golang, microservices, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), complemented by a strong foundation in Data science, NLP, Gen AI & Agentic AI. He specializes in backend development, microservices architecture, and AI-driven systems, leveraging LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and AI automation workflows to build intelligent, high-performance solutions. He is passionate about innovation and applying AI to improve existing solutions or implement new ones and is always eager to explore and share the transformative power of technology with the developer community.

Karan is a skilled Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in Golang, microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes. He is also proficient in Python, with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence. He has worked extensively in the microservices domain, gaining deep expertise in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable services within Kubernetes environments. His experience spans DevOps practices, including containerization, CI/CD pipeline automation, and infrastructure orchestration. He has successfully deployed and managed numerous microservices in production-grade Kubernetes clusters and integrated AI-driven optimization techniques to enhance performance and efficiency across distributed systems.

Shilpa is a Principal Software Engineer at Dell with extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. A seasoned Java professional, and specializes in J2EE architecture, Spring Framework, and Hibernate. Skilled in database design and optimization using PostgreSQL and PSQL, has also contributed to building scalable microservices leveraging Go (Golang) and Docker. With a strong understanding of modern web technologies like AngularJS, and consistently delivers robust, efficient, and maintainable solutions that drive business performance and innovation.

Sreeja is an Automation Test Engineer at Dell Technologies, specializing in open-source automation using Python, Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework. With background in Kubernetes and microservices, she focuses on building scalable and intelligent test solutions. Currently, she’s exploring the integration of Generative AI into testing workflows using RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to drive context-aware automation. Passionate about innovation, Sreeja shares insights on bridging AI and testing to enable smarter, future-ready QA practices.

Varsha Marekkanavar is a software engineer at Dell Technologies with two years of experience in quality assurance and CI/CD practices using Jenkins. She has a strong foundation in server hardware and architecture and is currently expanding her skills in Java development.
She is enthusiastic about emerging technologies and is actively exploring large language models (LLMs), model context protocol (MCP), and artificial intelligence, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
